Are these snowdrops?

We have a clump of these pretty flowers at the back of one of our borders. The stems and leaves are quite grassy though and look untidy. Not sure how to tidy them up.

Are they snowdrops or some sort of weed? I can't tell? I pulled one out accidentally and they have a bulb so I'm guessing they were planted deliberately.

Fantastic, thank you! Nice to see they don't need anything doing to them either. They look a bit windswept and messy but I'll leave them be.
