Asparagus self sown seedlings, weed out?

    Bed at allotment created 5 years ago with a mixture of home grown plants from seed and bought in crowns. I am in two minds, will it get too crowded if I leave the seedlings. Or will it become more productive?

    take out is best .... it will turn into a mini jungle , I prefer a male clone as they dont set seed .....
