    Mostly grass "lawn" with wild borders, there's a bit of most things some pics

    has been a bit damp past couple of weeks a bit too wet to cut

    was more on top of it last year

    have things like this now

    as there are trees in the lawn any suggestions on how to make it maintenance free

          Have you thought about getting a Goat? That would keep the grass (and most other things) down :biggrin:

          Cheers yea we tried goats the place lacks fencing, were too much maintenance even climbing on
          the roof of an outbuilding,was a few years ago just after we had bought the place and had a full on renovation of the house,maybe try again

              Cheers it ant half all you can hear here is the burn (stream) and the birds,swallows are here now
              and give aerobatic displays cheeky sort of bird and seem to interact with you.
              place was a fair mess when i bought it, goes and looks for a pic

                  Now, Mr C - being an astute Scotsman, I note the use of the word 'burn' which would infer that you are somewhere to the north of this glorious country?
