    Thanks,but i have to admit that that the fly was an accident.I was going for the horse,and the fly popped in.

    Hi Marley, I have been away from the forum some days while my parents were visiting, driving them here and there to see things. The old timer was parked near Burg Eltz and I spent a good ten minutes going round it and clicking, it was just crying for pics. :)

    We also crossed a festival of old timer.... agriculture machines, I would have loved to photograph those, but we were in a hurry, sniff.

    I like thispictureof Burg ELtz too, even if it the light is messed up. The sun came up from behind the castle,and I could not see a thing, but it turned out rather dramatic in the picture:

    Some real stunners and still more than a week to go.
    It's going to be a hard enough job judging them from what has been submitted so far, let alone those that come over the next few days.
    Great to see so many very different creative 'takes' on the theme.:thumb:
