    Hi All,

We're running a new project in the village this year to get Christmas lights down the High St. Small trees in brackets with lights on, plugged into the upstairs offices or flats. Simple (actually really not but might elucidate later).

We are trying to find sets of lights that will come on at dusk and go off at dawn. I know we can set timers but I'm wondering if there are outdoor sets you can get that have it all built in?

Anyone come across these photosensitive wonders?

I know here in Canada, they sell solar christmas lights....maybe that would be an option for you, do you know if they sell them there?

Oh we can get solar lights no problem but in the UK at least there isn't enough daylight to get them charged up to last all night. The ones I've had in the past have been a bit rubbish

      Hmmmm, i've read that too.

I guess other then putting them in a timer, that looks like the best option.

Love to see some pics when you decorate.
