Came across this place today, all I can say is WOW! @longk you would love it, loads of really rare pernnials with interesting looking flowers. @wiseowl there weren't any roses but a huge selection for your new border!
Massive selection of wood anemones, geranium, kniphofia etc...I was in heaven! Really worth a visit, they sadly don't do mail order but their catalogue is on the website so you can see what they stock.
Can't wait to see my purchases flourish! They were all good sized plants with very healthy root systems.
So glad to find a proper, old fashioned, good quality nursery locally.

        Nice find!

Even if I don't get there they have something that I want so I'll be making a call tomorrow and getting them to bring it along to our local rare plant fair :blue thumb:

        Great! Glad you like!
There's a guy next to them (john something) who specialises in super rare shrubs- I can honestly say I hadn't heard of any he had except a yellow flowering buddlia.
It was also at Russell's garden centre. His were very reasonably priced too.

I found the guy next door, @longk I think you might like it. All his offerings were of a very good size, absolute bargains compared to a garden centre.

            Gotto be honest.
Don't see the point of putting up an extensive list online if you not going to do mail order

I think that it makes sense for a specialist nursery as it will create footfall.

I guess they should do mail order.
I will look online, see what I like and then source it from another nursery that does send out plants.
