    Hi all.
I potted an azalea last spring in general compost. Since autumn it has put out new leaves and nice buds but the leaves are yellow. After I transplant to eracatious soil, should I remove the yellow leaves or will it fix itself?
    Thanks

PS also have a rhodo that I planed straight into ground at same time last year. Although it hasn't yellowed it also hasn't grown much and neither flowered last year.

Welcome to GC c3k. :) The leaves probably won't recover but the plant is likely to shed them in time and produce new ones. The Rhododendron is the same family of plants as the Azalea so will suffer the same problems with the soil unfortunately.

    Thanks.
I repotted them today in nice acidic soil but the roots were completely frozen in soil!
    Roll on springtime!
