Azaleas

Are there any that will cope with being south facing in the open, in a large pot?

 

Many of the small leaved Japanese azaleas are very happy in sun. I've no idea about pots, but I would think a pot would be ok for a while as they're slow growing.

 

Thanks suepp. I have two fairly big pots. Will try it and see how it goes.
