Bad colour Pond

    Hi Walnut,

    You said you would be interested in the results of a water test I was having done due to the bad colour of my Pond.

    I had this done and they said that it was all alright except for a little amonia but that that would go.

    I now have the most beutiful Lemon/green pond, even the frogs wouldn't spawn in there and chose to spawn in a tiny ornimental pond which they have never spawned in before.

    any idea's????

    Try adding Barley straw. It's possible to buy it in pellet form,but I just stuffed an old pair of tights with it and weighted it to sink to the bottom...Excellent results too.
