    hi all
does anyone have any ideas or suggestions on how to discourage badgers from the garden. they are wrecking the lawn, it is a large garden and not that easy to see how they get in.

    thanks rpdiy:cnfs:

We have badger problems down at the allotment - they go for our corn :( We have put up fencing (chicken wire over the large squared more solid wire) but as they tend to dig as well, we took pieces of wood strapping (1' x 3') and cut it into 12" sections - and have hammered these down into the ground about every six inches around the fenced off area. We are one of the few allotment holders to still have corn ripening on the stalks and being there when we go to pick it :)
