bamboo??

    Any idea what this plant i have been given is please. Its aprox 5ft tall and has yellow patches on the leaves which im guessing are ment to be there??? because the big clump it came from and numerous other clumps around my friends garden were all the same

    Hi , it`s a miscanthus zebrinus , it will dye down in winter , leave the dead cane untill mid February and then cut them down , do like wet soil or semishade .
