banana loaf

ingredients

3 bananas (ripe or over ripe )
2 cups self-raising flour
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
1 cup sugar
1egg
2oz melted margarine

method

wip bananas add sugar egg bicarbonate of soda and flour then add melted marg bake in moderate oven for 1 hour

 

nice easy recipe will be giving this a go high kype

 

I have made this twice now high kype, its so good!

Love this cake But really need to learn how to cut it evenly somehow I always get left with the bigger slices
