Just been into our local store and they've put out the last of their "blow away" 4 tier greenhouse at half marked price, so that's "£4.50" as they'd already been on sale at £9

Whatever you think of these things, you can't knock them for less than a fiver, I've had one for 3 years and only just put on a new cover (with a fleece one under it for the winter) :thumb:

I have one i keep in the greenhouse over winter - sounds daft having a greenhouse inside a greenhouse but it keeps the heat nicely:)

    You grabbed a bargain!

That's a good price :) I just get the replacement covers each year, but even that works out better than the £10 I pay for the replacement.

Hi Cosmos, I picked up a re-inforced and a normal cover at half price in the sale for about £2.50 each and a fleece cover for £3 something. When I bought the greenhouse 3 years ago it was £12 and its still going strong. I was tempted to buy another at this price and store it away just in case, but I have a bigger walk in one to put up yet that my wife got me for my birthday :thumb:

Hi Josie, I'll have a look when I go in again, if they have I'll pick one up for you if you like and we'll sort it out from there :thumb:

I will have a look when I'm next about that way.....can't always get to one as it's in town and a little off the beaten track. Definitely worth picking a few up though, especially the fleece covers..bargain :dbgrtmb:

    Thanks for the post Bilbo
Was going to ask about the fleece inserts as I have dismantled my blow away GH, got nowt to put in it at present but was thinking about my strawb plants  (another thread) I bought my GH from Robert Dyas and they never have any fleeces so would any fleece fit as long as it's a four tier frame size?

Hi sorry for the lateness of reply, I'm not sure if Wilko's fleece covers will fit all 4 tier greenhouses as I have seen some that are slightly taller but thinner??

Hi Josie, popped back in to Wilko's yesterday, unfortunately they have nothing left (even asked but they said all the gardening stuff had now been cleared), not surprisingly the greenhouses for £4.50 had all gone within a couple of days too.....

Hi Bilbo, after seeing your original post I dashed down to our Wilco - only to find that all the gardening stuff had gone !! In its place lots of frightening Halloween masks - Herself said - you don't need one of those, you're ugly enough already!!

I do not know what the stores do with unsold stuff
I flew down to Home Bargains for some of that fleece, after a post on here, and my mate confirming he had seen a whole shelf stacked with it,
When I got there, NO GARDENING stuff of any kind, tools, chemicals etc all gone and Halloween stuff in its place
I did ask would it be back err NO FIREWORKS THEN CRIMBO DECS

Could you get me a a couple of rolls of the fleece then from the back
No! ready for collection to return to warehouse :-(

That's what usually happens at our store, but for some reason they've a couple of shelves for gardening stuff (including the fleece :thumb:) along side the halloween and Christmas items, they're even still selling bulbs and a few plants at ours , I've got a feeling it's because of the mild weather that's been hanging on round here and the fact that people are still buying it......

I thought they'd done that at MK Homebargains yesterday, but a vastly reduced gardening section (about 1m wide) had been relocated to another part of the store, and that 99p fleece was amongst the stuff there.

Had a look at Wilkos boxed black/redkcurrant bushes the other day and they looked very healthy and good value about a couple of pounds each. Strangely Wilkos have got some rolls of chicken mesh back in at full price when they were selling the same stuff with 75% off several weeks ago.

I will go have another look when I am off Saturday
The shop was busy, the shock to see the Spring bulbs had changed into Giant orange pumpkins and yard brooms into flying broomsticks threw me into panic
Maybe I could not see for looking
