Bay Tree

    I thought you might like to see my bay tree. When we moved into the house these 2 trees were big bushes and we decided to turn them into standard trees. Judging by eye we removed all but one trunk on each bush. They looked weird at first because the remaining trunk on each bush was really crooked. Over the years they have straightened and I am pleased with the end result. The tree on the right is the bay tree. I don't know the name of the tree on the left. I also thought you might like to see the pink phlox that look stunning every year :)

    PS they are due a trim end of August:)

    Very nice trees and Ilove the look of your garden, what I can see of it. :thumb:

    Some more pictures of your garden would be nice :)
