    Saturday night's frost might've killed mine, despite my 'protection'. They were frozen to a crisp on Sunday. And no frost was forecast!!!! :mute:

      Yep, just as I was thinking whilst at the plot a while ago - hot weather plus drying/damaging winds, not the weather for planting out French beans, runner beans, courgettes/pumpkin/cucumbers/squash/etc.

            Pam, aren't they going to be hard to water , lying on their sides like that? Perhaps a jet wash? :snork:

              It`s this phone,it takes great pictures then I can put them straight on site, but I must remember to turn the picture in future, will have a go at editing it. No can`t do it....
