Just a couple of photos which I took this morning in haste!
My peony in the front garden it had a bit of a bashing in the rain yesterday but it's still very pretty.


Below is my first Rose bud of the year, this is one of the very few plants which was in the garden when we moved in!

 

Your peony has survived its turbo shower very well Beckie. Now there's a pretty rose, how lovely that it was left behind for you to enjoy.

I'm hoping to make some black current jam this year I shall soon have to net the veggie & fruit plots, my hens will be at the fruit before me!
