Been a while............

Well I have been away for a while and doing other things like this...........

Then to top it all my body said to me slow down which gave me a heart attack.
I am now off work and wondering if it was all worth it???
Still the family now have a new bathroom and not the old avocado suite which is sooooooo 70's. Crisp white and non slip floor.

 

Take things easy for a while then Landimad.
Try polishing the seat in your avatar for a while overseeing your domain.
Pity Winter's around the corner or you could have enjoyed gathering rays all day.
Hopefully you'll soon be back fiddling around and annoying the wife again.

OUR BODY IS TALKING TO US all the time...but we don't always listen.

 

Thanks for the big ups guys, but really it is just a job for those who can and not those who cannot. I thought I was in the later category until I tried it out now the bug has got me and I think the Kitchen maybe on the list of todoes

 

First session of heart physio and it felt like keep fit class for the old.
Not to worry they got me real good in the warm up

Then it was a hard hour of this and that till we felt we had done enough to work out the muscles cgu
Now it is time for me to
Hard work and me don't mix

 

Just to breathe makes life "worth it"

Keep up the physio; you know it makes sense!

Well today is my last physio group and then ECG and ECHO before the big meet with my consultant. Hopefully then he will allow me to get back to work and start doing the things I want to. Gardening, DIY, and arranging my daughter's wedding next year.
