Beer and Wine making..

    Any of you guys into this? I make country wines but for the serious drinking I use the kits. I tried making beer from the "proper" ingredients but it stunk the house out and after pressure from my MBH I use the kits for this as well. Be interested for any feedback from this [​IMG]
