Hello everybody, I am new to the forum and just started gardening again after a 30 year break.
I have a problem with my beetroot, they were fine till about ten days ago and then the leaves got spots and these joined together to look like the pictures I have attached.
Would appreciate any help you can give.
    Cheers.

Looks like pest damage to me, but I wouldn't like to hazzard a guess as to what kind from the pictures.

Hi Blacksmith & welcome to Gardeners Corner.

The middle leaves look fine, it just the root absorbing nutrient from the outer leaves to form a bulb, they do that:thumbsup:

Good you are getting back into gardening:dbgrtmb:

I would put it down to the fluctuating weather conditions, nothing to worry about.:dbgrtmb:
