Beginner - crocuses and hyacynths

Hi - I'd value advice on crocuses and hyacinths - they in pots and look like they're past their best - what do I do with them now?

If you want to keep them in the pots, then keep watering and feeding them until the leaves die back to build up the bulb for next year, or you can put them in the garden to that naturally
