Begonia luxurins

sorry don't know what a URL and the forum tells me I can't post a link...Anyway I bought this begonia knowing it could be tricky and it is. I have a pic above hope you can get it of my suffering begonia and give me some advice thanks. Even after looking up URL on Google still can't figure it out. The photo is from my own Google library if that makes any difference?

 

if the photo is in your google library can you not copy / paste to the desktop computer or add to album on your phone ? I then use the Upload file in blue bottom right of the screen.
