    Found this wonderful bench installed at Sandsend on the Yorkshire coast during the summer. One of the best I have seen and its really comfy to sit on.

    Dread to think what it would cost. Look at that wood its all curves..

    thats a lovely bench, looks comfy too. I wonder how long it will last, around here it would be covered in grafitti within a week :mad:

    Just had a thought....what's the view like because I wouldn't be keen on the traffic whizzing behind me unless the risk was worth it?:skp::D

    You can walk for miles on this stretch.
    Next time Im over that way I shall check for any makers plates.

    :dh:What views!!!..Well worth the near road location...I can see how a soul would want a bench there...I'm sure it was has been a favourite spot for someone and donated in fond memory.:)

    Its an indictment to society that we even consider the fact that some scum would vandalize something like this, and even more so that they could damadge what is most likely donated as a memorial to someone.
