    I have no idea what they are? (Apart from dogs)

    Yes they are Leonbergers. Beautiful, gentle breed

    They are beautiful. Want to just give them a good hug. Will have to look up the breed.

    Yeah, too right cap! Feel for the furry animals in this heat don't we? Don't moan though cos we'll probably have hailstones again like we did here for a couple of minutes the other day even though it was lovely just before???? How does that happen?

    Joyce (my dog, for those of you that don't know:) ) has finally learnt to stay in the shade a bit! Only taken her 14 years, lol. We've even stopped taking her in the car on shopping type trips cos she would be in the stationary car & too hot, which she doesn't appreciate, lol - although she would if she knew why we did it.

    I've never heard of those breeds, will have to have a google:)

    I hope all animals - including humans- have somewhere to enjoy the weather but also get water/hydration and shade too.
