Bird I.D

    Went to the local country park today and these two birds have me stumped, I think photo 1 is a reed bunting but I haven't a clue with the other bird.

    A corn bunting perhaps?

    The first bird is a male Reed bunting and the other bird is a female Reed Bunting.Nice pair of birds and well caught :)

    Yes, I found that out while looking for them :D I've still got "The Observers Book of Birds" Hardwired into my brain from when I was a kid. Cirl Buntings probably on the next page from reed bunting :DOH:

    Nah! it was probably Corn Bunting.:D
