    Hi roders,
You might be seeing more of them as they are quite gregarious. :thumb:

They usually come in flocks - noisy little things, but aren't they beautiful. We were lucky enough to have them nest close by this year - lots of tiny ones. I love them :luv:

Long Tailed Tits have increased in population in the UK which bucks the trend of most small birds. They have even crept into the top 10 most common birds.

Trouble is they never stay still for very long making pics very difficult, well done Rodders.:gnthb:

Definitely long tailed tits. Lovely birds and I love their twittering as they move through the trees and bushes.
They tend to turn up in quite big parties of about 20, and sometimes they turn up in big mixed parties of tits.
They're welcome when ever they come.
Sorry about the poor quality of the pic but had to take it through the window.

:) I have just been watching them again, they seem to be regular now and will do my best to keep them interested, they seem only interested in the fatballs though, there are other options.
This morning there were quite a flock of mixed birds, there were Bluetits and another kind of Tit I think ,and a couple of Sparrows.
Alice they are superb, and yes Strongy they are difficult to photograph,by the time I get them into focus.......they move lol.
