    Went to collect some eggs this morning ... opened the pop hole .... and ... this is what greeted me!

      Before removing all the nestbox divisions, one of our hens would always climb in on top of whoever happened to be in their (everbody's) favourite nest box.

      As ours are in a secure run (fox/badger/stoat/rat/etc. proof), at this time of year the pophole gets left open overnight, and we don't even need to remove the feeder/drinker as they're all suspended above mouse height.
