Black aphids?

    Can anyone tell me what these are I found last week on one of my roses, looking at various sites I could never tell whether they are Black Aphids on not. If not does anyone know what they are. Thank you.

    They look like aphids to me, get the old fairy liquid out and mix it with some water and spray them off
