Blackberry whisky (or whiskey)

About 700 grammes of blackberries.

About 300 grammes of sugar.

A bottle of cheap whisky.(Hey there is no cheap Irish whiskey. Maybe Canadian rye).

Pour the whole lot into a large bottley type thing. Wait at least 6 weeks stirring occasionally and then drink it.

In Sweden they actually make wine from the berries... and it taste great!
At the end of the day, the grapes itself, are big berries!

I used to make my own wine, Blackberry was one of my favourites, along with beetroot and cinnamon, sounds crazy but it was rather lovely on a winters evening :D
