    About 700 grammes of blackberries.

    About 300 grammes of sugar.

A bottle of cheap whisky.(Hey there is no cheap Irish whiskey. Maybe Canadian rye).

Pour the whole lot into a large bottley type thing. Wait at least 6 weeks stirring occasionally and then drink it. [IMG]

In Sweden they actually make wine from the berries... and it taste great!
At the end of the day, the grapes itself, are big berries!

    MF,

I used to make my own wine, Blackberry was one of my favourites, along with beetroot and cinnamon, sounds crazy but it was rather lovely on a winters evening [IMG] :D
