Blackcurrants

Currently I am over whelmed with currants!

Picked about 10kg yesterday and put in freezer only to find 2 bags still from last year and we still have a cupboard full of jam.

One can only eat so many pies and crumbles so....

Does anybody have creative/unusual recipes for blackcurrants??

Quite interested in making blackcurrant cordial if it keeps - any ideas??

I haven't got any wonderful ideas I'm afraid, but I googled "recipe using black currants" and there's lots of ideas there - may be useful for you :thumb:
