    Hi,

I live in north west London.

This bottlebrush normally flowers, it is situated under a large pine tree and is south facing.

Please advise if I should prune it and if so how much.

    Thanks

It looks pretty dead to me, its probably because of the really cold weather in December.

I'd be inclined to just leave it for a couple of months and see if it grows new shoots from the base.

So I need to cut it all the way to bottom? Most of the tree is brown.
