Better pic, duckyjuk, but the leaves are still a bit evasive. It could be an Argyranthemum (Marguerite). They are perennials here but I don't think survive the winters there.

Mystery solved - same question, but in the edible gardening section!

 

Confused me too, dendro. Do you agree with the Marguerite? Leaves aren't very visible and the flowers look a bit "fluffy".

 

I think it probably is the Argyranthemum you mention - Strongy mentioned it too, didn't he, in one of the other threads about this sort of thing?

I think it might be a chrysanthemum although the Argyranthemum is probably nearer to the truth.
