    Hi, spent all afternoon stood on the East Overcliff taking pics of planes. Weather was overcast and a bit hazy, so not the best conditions for pics, I'll try again tomorrow, meanwhile a few tasters.

    Tomorrow hopefully the Vulcan will make an appearance, that was the last plane I worked on in the RAF

    Thanks for posting great pictures Mike
    Ex RAF myself and can remember a Vulcan doing a max rate right above our Squadron hut at RAAF Butterworth.
    Things really rattled.. it was great.
    Hope to see the Vulcan again at the 09 Yorkshire air show.

    I took 412 photos yesterday, took 859 today, probably be an hour or three before i get any sorted for web, they're taking 15 minutes to copy from the card to the PC, before I can even start

    The Vulcan didn't make it, some problem getting somebody qualified to inspect a repair, nanny state strikes again.

    Thankyou Mike for the lovely pictures,I was just hanging out the washing heard all this noise got sight of the back end of the Red Arrows.
