braided pachira: help?

    Hi
    Can anyone advise what to do with a dying Braided Pachira. I'm not sure what we've done: too much water? too cold? but its lost lots of leaves and those remaining are decidedly lifeless. Any help greatly appreciated. We've never fed it! and its been in a conservatory but pretty cold in there over this harsh Winter. Can it be saved?
