Branston Pickle bought by Japanese !!

Just heard on Radio 2, that for a very large sum(can't remember) A Japanese vinegar company as bought Branston Pickle, Whatever next, is nothing sacred?

I think they also bought out Sarson's as well, makes a change from China buying up everything in sight!
