Breaking Wind

    Sorry for the tittle but thought it might catch your attention .. I have a chain link fence and behind that are all open fields.. Is there a cheap way of breaking the wind howling though? I have tried growing climbing roses up it but still howls though... Any ideas out there

    1) Attach Shade Netting to your Chain Link fence.
    or
    2) Plant Laurel in front of the fence.
