Are any of you guys watching this on the telly?

I must admit Bob and I love watching the show although it seems as if they are putting quite a few kiddies through into the final, don't get me wrong the acts are wonderful but I can just imagine the tears and tantrums if and when they don't win

I have to admit I did quite like The Urban Gypsies that got knocked out last night, glad to seen the Signature guys got through the other day nice act.Hel.xxx.

I'm quiet glad that George (dancer) got through- that kid must spend hours a day practising. I would have liked hoop la la to go through, but was happy with the kung fu chaps. That charlie boy (singer) got on my nerves- trust his parents to stuff it up giving him a rubbish song :(

Yep Tracy I know what you mean regarding both George and Charlie.
George bless his little heart did very much earn his place that boy without doubt can give anyone a run for their money and it goes to show that he never gives up after not being picked last year......kind of nice too as he seems a little shy.

Charlie's down fall was very much his father's fault he must have thought that they could knock together a good song from the start and not rely on the professionals who make their living from the art form, if he (Charlie) sang a known swing song he would without doubt have been put through.

I to admit the Hoop La La's were blooming good and so much better than before really like their cheesy style.

The Kung Fu guys were nice eye candy did you notice how the dark haired guy did some moves that the other one couldn't do? Hel.xxx.

Listening to what as been said on" Britains got more talent " on itv2 it seems they are hoping for a non singer winner this time.
They are putting through more variety acts , or so they say.
But I think Simon is pinning his hopes on the 12 year old Girl myself.
Loved George felt a bit sorry for Charlie, you have to blame his parents.
Obviously think they no better , they must have been warned about the song.

    I love the show.

I havn't been watching it but from what they were saying on the radio that 12 year old Faryl Smith from Kettering which is near me and she has what it takes to win the Comp but as Lyn and the radio presenters say that Simon favours young Faryl so it will be ineteresting to see what happens and who makes the final:thumb:

Although lots of these kids have talent why don't their parents let them grow up as kids should, being pressured to go into show buisiness is not for the kids benefit ,let them achieve their education in a "normal" world not the cut throat world of show buisiness at such a tender age, plenty of time for that when they are older.

While I do agree with you to some point .
    What's normal today?
    It seems anything goes.
At least it will keep them out of trouble and from mixing with the wrong type.
Even good kids from good backgrounds can easily get drawn into the gangs and trouble.
Both my girls danced and sang as children, if they had wanted it to carry on to a career in show business I don't think I would have stopped them.
As it happens they were happy to do the normal dance school shows and exams.
Our eldest went on to become a runner , which she loved and we supported her in that until she was 20.
    It's a hard call.
If they do have a talent should you encourage them or not?
    Education is not for everyone.

I agree with supporting kids when they have an interest and I think most people who have had girls have gone through the dance thing mine was very good at it did some musicals etc but she was never pushed in front of millions of people which brings unbearable pressure on children some who are not even in their teens,by all means let them develope at their own pace some of these kids when their voices break will be burned out.

It's hard to no what is the right thing to do.
They could miss out on a fabulous career and never forgive you or hate you for pushing them when they were to afraid to say it wasn't what they really wanted.

Britain`s certainly got talent . Flava come from my home town , Penzance i`ve seen there shows here many times and they are fantastic i`ve neer seen dancing like it for amateurs , i think Simon felt torn because of the Cheeky monkeys who could say no to those cute little things ,they were brilliant . i want the plumber from Scotland to win now , he has a great voice and something special about him just like Simon Cowell :Doooooooh he`s lovely

Surprisingly, I watched the show and really enjoyed it! :)

I thought they were all excellent and deserve to have a good career in entertainment. :thumb:

Just being in the final has almost certainly boosted most of them on to a successful path and good luck to them :). Despite the 'knockers', we do have talent in this country :thumb: :D
