    As far as I know it's calabrese, so it should produce large head(s)

      Thank you JWK, I think I'll buy some other seeds then.

      With sprouting can you take just one or two when you need? With Calabrese do you have to take the whole head and that's it?

      With sprouting you have to keep picking the heads as they come, you can't leave them on the plant as they turn into flowers very quickly. With Calabrese once you cut off the main head it will produce some smaller ones.
