    Hi,

As we only have three back garden raised beds, about 6-8ft x 4ft wondered if its worth trying to grow these crops from both the space they need and as some say, not the easiest of crops to grow.

Know we can get Igloo as a minature Cauliflower but not sure if there are similar smaller versions of Calabrese or Broccoli ?

Yes, there are dwarf varieties such as Kabuki (F1) which can be planted with closer spacing than traditional varieties.

All those need lots of space and time. I grow them at the allotment. At home where space is more limited I grow kale which can be picked constantly. Also grow cabbages which are faster and need less space.

This is a 6ft x 3ft planter. Three Cauliflowers completely filled it this year. Next year, we're going to stick to smaller veggies to make better use of the space.

Have ordered some Igloo Caulis which they say grow smaller and can be planted just 1ft apart.
Hopefully the same with the Calabrese Kabuki that @BobBG mentioned.
Doesn't look like there are any small sprouting Broccoli so will just try one or two right at the back of a bed or might mix it in on one of the flowering borders.
