Budgie

Feller went to a pet shop and bought a budgie.
He went back a week later and said to the shop owner, "This budgie hasn't said a word since I've had it"
The owner said, "Has it got a mirror?"
"No" Replied the feller.
"Well, said the owner, buy a mirror and then it'll talk"
So the feller bought a mirror off the owner.
The feller returned a week later and said, "This budgie still hasn't said a word"
"Has he got a ladder?" Said the owner.
"No" Said the feller.
"Well, buy a ladder, said the owner, and he'll talk then"
So the feller bought a ladder from the owner and a week later returned and said,
"It still hasn't spoken yet"
"Buy it a bell" Said the owner.
So the feller bought a bell and a week later returned and told the owner that the bird was dead.
"Did it say anything before it died?" Asked the owner.
"Yes, said the feller, he said, 'Don't they sell f**king birdseed at that shop?'
