I was in a garden centre and bought 2 bags of peacock orchid corms/bulbs and a few spider lilly bulbs , can either of theses survive outside in winter in the ground? If I planted them in pots/containers could I lift them in without digging them up?

If peacock orchid means tigridia, then mine survived outside in garden for a couple of years. Though I think they've probably drowned this winter. They need a good summer to help the bulbs.
As for ismene, I think they probably should be dried and kept over winter. But that may depend on your local conditions.
