Bulbs sprouting too early

    Hi, I have gladioli, Lily's and dahlias in a box in cupboard where it dark and cool. Just checked them and they are all starting to sprout especially the gladioli which are sending shoots some 8 inch my question is what to do with them as it still abit early and I have no greenhouse I will be starting off dahlias in a shallow bag with soil this week in spare room but what shall I do with gladioli?
    Any help would be great thanks

      I don't lift my bulbs and have gladis and lilies coming through in the garden at the moment. They've always been ok every year. If you don't wan't to plant them out yet can you put them in a big pot of compost till you're ready?
