    Lady came in to work to-day with an armfull of Cow Parsley,Horse Chestnut flowers,Lilac and something else and I was quite impressed with the result..... [​IMG]

    Thats lovely i often pick small bunches and pop them on the windowsill..nothing as grand as your display..

    Reminds me of my holiday and my very romantic husband - ouu er, on the last morning he got up and picked some wild flowers to adorn the breakfast table, corn flowers mainly, grasses and I think some kind of sage, they looked lovely, but just not sure how long they last.

    I was just about to take some pictures of our verges which are full of wild flowers, but looks like the Council have just beaten me to it and cut it all!
