    Lets see all those cacti that look good in flower or form.
    A few of mine, looking a bit neglected these days, but they still flower.

    Rebutia, one of the easy ones.

        Looks good Pete, I never realised they looked so nice my gram and mum had various types but they never flowered, they maybe an option for my greenhouse project :).

                Just a couple of the Echinocereus, the plants are very old and need a repot, or perhaps new cuttings taken, they were grown from seed in the late 80s.

                Problem that I have with taking pics is that by the time I get home from work the flowers are often closed again.

                  They often dont flower well if you are growing as house plants.
                  Most Desert cacti need a dry cool resting period in winter in order to flower well come spring.

                    Some years ago I cross pollinated a Chamaecereus with a Lobivia:)

                          Two of mine today slight disappointment with the first flower, I've been having problems with aphids and I think some of the horticultural soap got in the bud and caused the stigma to rot and stick...
