After seeing photos of your cucs you're obviousy the one to ask. I have 2 cuc seedlings through, they're about 2" high with two good leaves and what looks like two more on the way. They are together in a 3" pot. Don't want to lose them again, though these have got much further than the last ones, probably because I kept them indoors and bagged them at night.
What do I do now please? When do they go into their own pots and what size? How deep do I bury them etc? They are mini munch but I don't know if that's an indoor or outdoor variety. If indoor will they like it dry of moist? Any help gratefully received.

"When do they go into their own pots and what size?"

    Now!

3" would do, 9cm probably a bit better, I personally wouldn't go bigger than that because I prefer to pot them on - I increase by about 2" at a time, so 3" then 5" then 7"-8"" then 11"-12" / 10L final pot size (which I used last year, this year they are going into the greenhouse border direct from their 7"-8" pots [actually I think they went from 5" to 9" 'coz that was all I had lying around!])

"How deep do I bury them"

Don't! Contrary to most seedlings, which I bury up the the seed leaves, I do NOT bury my Cucumbers. Cucumbers suffer terribly from basal stem rot, and my opinion is that the bit between Seed and Seed leaves is designed to be buried, so if that is above grown its more capable of withstanding getting wet.

"They are mini munch but I don't know if that's an indoor or outdoor variety"

mini munch is an F1 All Female variety, so I presume it will grow indoors. Unwins website doesn't say, does the packet say anything? It looks an interesting variety for the kids ...

"If indoor will they like it dry of moist?"

I keep my cucumbers in high humidity.

There is a page on my blog about growing cucumbers

Thank you Kirsten, will pot on today in 9cm pots via your instructions. I looked at the packet and it does say 'greenhouse' dh! I chose this small variety as only half of us eat cucs and I also thought it would be a bit of a novelity for the girls. I'm really impressed at how fast they're growing especially as I lost my first lot.

    Thanks again for the advice
