Can anyone identify these plants please?

I found two plants in my garden I am not sure what they are. Can anyone please help me identify them?

I am not sure if the low resolution of photos make it difficult to identify. I cannot add any link unfortunately.

 

I think close ups of those basal leaves would be more help.
Is that two different plants?

I'm tempted to say ice plants.
However; I think Plant 1 is a Pulmonaria at least the speckled leaves look like that; the dried stems look too tall though. You've not got more than one plant growing together have you?
Perhaps some better resolution pictures when they've thawed out might help.

Apologise that the weather made the identification unnecessarily difficult. I mainly want to rule out they are not invasive plants like Japanese Knotweed or Himalayan Balsam.

 

No they are not either of those, I'm pretty sure of that.

 

If I remember right Japanese Knotweed disappears below ground in late autumn/winter and reappears the following year.
Himalayan Balsam is a pain, but relatively easy to deal with by rigorous removal before flowering and seeding, should just pull up.

Hi TSG, you might get a pleasant surprise before then. There are hellebore plants in there too, which will flower from Feb onwards

 

Managed to blow up the pics, bottom one similar to Erigeron but that's just a guess. Also 3 has a leaf similar to Ligularia.
