Can anyone identify this tree?

Hi I recently moved house and this tree was in my back garden and described as a fruit tree. Does anyone know if it is a fruit tree and if so Whitch fruit?

 

I am guessing an apple tree

 

My guess is apple

 

Or possibly pear.

 

Looks like a pear but could be an apple , whatever it is it's a nicely shaped tree.

 

Yes, I'd go with pear too.

 

Pears have really shiny leaves; the pictures look quite shiny.

 

let us know when the fruits appear...

 

So it's a pear tree , but how do I get fruit ? Non produced this year
