Me and my wife went away for a long weekend and on one day we walked around a local park which some amazing plants. We some saw which would solve a problem we have with our back garden where we cannot find anything we would like to plant there .I have enclosed some photos but apologies as these were taken on my phone are not as clear as I would have liked. These bushes/trees seem to spread horizontally which is what we want we do not want a bush we grows tall. Can someone tell me what they are called and give me some information about them. Thanks 20180916_131416[1].jpg 20180916_131425[1].jpg 20180916_131425[1].jpg 20180916_131608[1].jpg 20180916_131746[1].jpg

No problem at all it lets you take a photo from within the app or you can use photos that you have taken at a later date.

It is the only one I have tried so there may be better ones out there.

Not quite. We saw someone using a similar app when we visited a garden. It only got about 40% of the plants correct - with a few amusing mistakes. :heehee:

Some people say they are good. :blue thumb: They were in their infancy when we saw it.

Oh no @pete I would still be using that it’s just that I have a problem remembering names of plants to the point of embarrassment sometimes and when I am out I find it a nightmare. So just thought one of these apps might help when out and about that’s all. I would need Silver Surfers opinion anyway if one I didn’t know.

I know what you're saying, for me, grew up without computers, without internet, without mobile phones, learnt and built computers, learnt and use internet, learnt and use mobile phone (android) biggest plus, can join forums like this where I can tap into the vast knowledge of people from over the world, something I personally would of thought impossible in my teens, technology not always perfect, embrace the good, ditch the bad.
