Can someone tell me what this weed is

In my allotment I have a few raised bed's but one in particular has the same problem every year.Last year I cleared all the soil out and put in three bag's of manure and three bag's of top soil and left it this was in October.At the beginning of the year I mixed it all up and it looked fine but now it is back the same as it was.It look's like there is a carpet in the bed.This does not appear any where else.Perhaps someone could tell me what it is and how to get rid of it.Photo's enclosed

Looks like a grass ..Couch ? probably seed blown in from surrounding areas.

Why not pot one up and let it grow so you can see exactly what it is.

Either way, they invented a Hoe for a reason ...

 

It does not look like grass as it has no height it is just like a red and green carpet and it does not get any taller.Will try and take a better picture as used my phone for the pictures I sent

 

I'm thinking liverwort.

 

Don't think it's a liverwort looks too plant like with lobed leaves held above the ground. Could be oxalis, but really need better closer photographs.

It look's like Oxalis although I have never heard of it see the enclosed link the second picture is what I have in the bed so what is the best way to get rid of it considering there are still some vegetables in the bed.

Oh yes I see where you are coming from, Oxalis is probably it.
Difficult to get rid of, I brought some in on some top soil many years ago and it gets every where.

 

Oxalis for me ,we call it Irish devil with the emphasis on devil as it is difficult to get rid of.
It has to be dug out ,root by root ,you could maybe ease it out with a hand fork ,a laborious task but has to be done.

I'd say oxalis stricta, wood sorrel.....when you've dug all yours up, come round and do mine! It's an annoyance how it keeps coming back

 

I was thinking give it a good spray of weedkiller when there are no vegetables in the bed then cover it with black plastic sheeting and leave untill the spring then get rid of all the soil and put a new mixture of manure and topsoil in and then cover it again untill I am ready to use it.Would that be any good.
