    Hi.

I need a crawler to climb up my garage walls.

I have two smallish pots either side of the garage door and I was hoping to plant a climber in both so that they can maybe crawl up.

I had thought that this may not work as the plants need to be in the ground to grow as the pots may too small?

Would Wisteria be OK in the pots and grow up to reach a heigh of say around 2m?

If not will any other climbers work or do I have to dig up the tarmac to plant them in the ground?

    Thanks.

I think it might be a little easier to buy some bigger pots that rip up the tarmac! :)
