    Hi there

I wonder if anyone out there knows more about this than me (not difficult). I planted out 45 candelabra primula in my almost permanently moist clay back garden last year. My problem is that there is no sign of even a single one at present, and I would have expected SOMETHING to have appeared by now. Especially as it is a fairly sheltered spot. Am I being premature in worrying about them? I can't have killed all 45 surely?
    Any ideas?

Hi Alis, did you plant seeds or plants? I only have one candelabra primula, which came as a plant, and it's been there all winter.

Plants - there were a few leaves until the depths of winter, and since then, nothing. Maybe the difference in our climates could be a factor? But basically, I haven't a clue.

Could be. Trying hard to remember [IMG] when we lived upt'north I didn't seem to be able to keep primulas from one year to the next.
